Delivery & Returns
Delivery to the UK
We offer FREE next day delivery, tracked via DPD.
Delivery times are based on standard working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, no Saturday deliveries, excluding public holidays, etc.)
Orders for next day delivery must be made by 1pm. Next working day delivery can only apply to Mainland UK. Non-mainland UK, please allow 2 working days.
Additional costs may apply for locations such as Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, please contact us if you need any advice.
Delivery outside the UK
Now that the UK has left the European Union, everyone buying from outside of the UK is liable for their country's import taxes.
You will be charged your country's import fees when the order is ready for delivery. Each country has their own fees, and you should look into them before placing your order, but they will be roughly 20% - 25% of your order cost.
You will pay your own country's taxes when the item is ready for delivery, they will not be delivered until you have paid.
You do not pay any UK taxes (VAT) on our website and you will be liable for your own country's import tax. These fees will be charged by the courier when your order is ready for delivery.
We have no control over these costs, and you will need to research these costs on your government website and take them into account when placing the order as the courier will not deliver your order until these are paid.
When the courier is ready to deliver, they will get in contact for payment, if you then decide that these fees are too much you are well within your right to refuse delivery but these fees do not go away.
Your item will then be returned to us, and we will have to pay the fees as well as return shipping costs, extra customs fees (for coming back into the UK) and admin fees. Once these fees are paid we will refund your order minus these extra costs. We will not know the exact amount we will be refunding until we have paid all fees and have the order back with us.
Returns
If for any reason you would like to return your item(s), they must be in their original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 30 days of the delivery date.
We will either exchange the item, issue a full refund or a credit note on the site. Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
If you would like to exchange or return your item or have a warranty query please email us with as much information as you can so that we can process your request as swiftly as possible.
For any wetsuit warranty you must send the suit clean and dry as we will not be able to process a wet/dirty suit.
Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.
If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.
We operate out of a busy warehouse - we can only accept courier and postal deliveries at this address – we cannot accept items delivered by hand.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the customers rights to cancel the order 14 days after receiving goods.
